Your First Consultation
Your initial consultation lasts around 60–90 minutes and gives us time to explore your health concerns in depth. We’ll discuss your medical history, lifestyle, and symptoms from both a Western and Chinese medicine perspective. This thorough approach helps identify the underlying imbalances that may be affecting your wellbeing.
Following the consultation, I’ll prepare a bespoke herbal formula tailored specifically to your needs. You’ll receive your treatment plan and herbs within a few days (sooner for acute conditions). Where appropriate, I’ll also offer advice on diet and lifestyle from a Chinese medicine viewpoint to support your progress between appointments.
Ongoing Treatment and Support
For continued treatment, we’ll meet roughly once a month — either in-person at my Uckfield clinic or via Zoom — to review your progress and adjust your formula as needed. Many patients find that regular follow-ups help maintain results and deepen their understanding of how herbal medicine supports their body’s natural balance.
I’m always available by email or WhatsApp between appointments if you have any questions about your herbs or treatment plan. My goal is to ensure you feel supported every step of the way.
Online Consultations
If you’re unable to attend the clinic in person, I also offer online consultations across the UK. These appointments follow the same detailed process and provide full access to herbal prescriptions and aftercare advice, making Chinese herbal medicine accessible wherever you are.
